My 2010 word is Shift - A shift in priorities, in mindset. Watching the kids grow up and feeling like I can't keep up with the changes.
My 2011 word will be Passion - I can teach my kids to follow their passion by finding and following mine. Finding what makes me excited and doing more of that and less of the distractions.
